Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to drive UX design for Internet networking software platform. Document, discover, and validate product requirements. Deliver user flows, functional UX requirements, hi-fi visual design specifications, design pattern library, style guide, and interactive prototypes. Re-defined UXD tool stack and work flow resulting in ~50% reduction in design and development time. Own web design and architecture of corporate website including Salesforce community, marketing automation suite, localization, analytics, and technical SEO.

Created and managed designs in myriad capacities (branding and identity, UX, print design, etc.) for several startups at CMU and AlphaLabs, a nationally-ranked Pittsburgh startup incubator. I have planned studio shoots and edited images for clients including the CMU Office of Admissions, Alumni Association, and more recently, Microsoft. I have additionally worked as a stills unit lead for music videos and live concerts.

Assisted Interactive Marketing Communications team in information architecture, designing layout, and producing digital assets for externally facing user interfaces, internal communications, and special events. Assisted in storyboarding views and scenarios, designing interactions and visual language, produced assets, and front-end development for five major magazines’ mobile applications.
